Dr.Rob Blanchard Dr. Blanchard is a practicing veterinarian in Pinellas County and has fifteen years of veterinary medical experience. Dr. Blanchard first graduated from the University of Prince Edwards Island (UPEI) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued his education at UPEI and obtained a Master of Science degree (1990) in Pharmacokinetics. Dr. Blanchard continued his education and attended Atlantic Veterinary College and obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in 1994.
